Thinking back to last year at this time, we were super jazzed just to see out “Google locate pin” finally drop in the right place. And now we’ve got this fantastic customer base who share our commitment to clean, responsibly raised, fine meats. We’ve found quite a few Local Texas farms and ranches that share our lofty ideals. The relationships we’ve forged with them have lead to some tasty discoveries. Nothing pleases us more than sharing these fine meats with you.Ending 2017 on a great note - Heart of Autism Great Gatsby Gala CateringOur one year anniversary in September was capped off in grand fashion. Deep Cuts Dallas Custom Butcher Shop catered an event for a cause close to our hearts - the 5th Annual “Heart of Autism” Great Gatsby Gala. They’re a self proclaimed “grassroots” non-profit run by volunteers, raising money in the DFW area to raise awareness and support individuals as well as families touched by autism: Autism Speaks, It’s a Sensory World, and Rainbow Kidz. We mention it mostly because we were honored to lend our supports to this organization, but also because we love to cater. There’s no better outlet for a Butcher’s creativity than charcuterie platters!
