Our beef tenderloin is the perfect roast for those seeking an extremely tender center-of-plate dish. This cut is best prepared in the oven; roast at a medium (300°F - 325°F) temperature, then sear and bast with butter and herbs.

Pot Roast

After searing your roast and setting it aside, deglaze the pan with beef stock and add your vegetables; add both to a buttered Dutch oven, season as desired, and bake at 275°F  for about 2 hours. Stir in your potatoes, then bake for an additional 45 minutes to an hour (or until your potatoes are soft and your roast is pull apart tender).
