A 50/50 blend of ground beef and heritage pork mixed with our Mild Italian sausage recipe, fresh parsley, and parmesan cheese.
 

Butters & Fats

banner butter SALTED + SEASONED
Grass-fed, rBGH-free butter. Available with sea salt, or roasted garlic, basil, and parsley.

DUCK FAT RENDERED TUB + SPRAY CAN
Lower in saturated fat and higher in mono- and polyunsaturated fat than butter. Duck fat has a naturally high smoke point making it perfect for searing meats and poultry.

pork back fat 
Great for your sausage-making purposes or rendering down for homemade lard.

lard 
Rendered Mangalitsa pork fat sustainably raised in Nebraska. Great for baking and cooking; no preservatives added. 

tallow HOUSE-MADE + JAPANESE WAGYU + GRASS-FED
Deep Cuts' tallow is made here with the fat trimmings we collect from our Angus and Akaushi Wagyu steaks and roasts. Other tallows are available for purchase, but will not be made in house.
