Tenderloin
Our beef tenderloin is the perfect roast for those seeking an extremely tender center-of-plate dish. Tenderloin is best prepared in the oven; roast at a medium (300°F - 325°F) temperature, then sear and baste with butter and herbs.
One full tenderloin averages ~3.5-4.5 pounds with 6-8 ounces being a typical serving size.
